We can't be more pleased with James and his team. We reached out to James at the recommendation of our previous broker who had retired to sell our Condo in Kapolei. We understood that the market was "slow" for our complex, some units being the market for well over a year. That said, James helped us price our unit competitively and we had multiple offers after the first weekend's open house. Once the offers were made, James worked with us to manage the process and provided true "concierge" service. He was regularly in contact with us in person, via phone and internet as we transitioned from our wonderful Kapolei location back the Rocky Mountains. We are so happy that James chose to work for us.
