Completing construction in October of 2021, the fifth residential development added to the Ward Village master-planned community is 'A'ali'i. This gorgeous new condominium features smaller residences that place emphasis on enjoying the amenities offered in this incredible location, both within the neighborhood and on-site. As a result, many residences here are more affordable than other Ward Village condominiums of the same size. In fact, the configurations comprising the 751 total units within the condominium are studio to 2-bedroom units ranging from just 277 square feet to 835 square feet. Don't let the smaller amount of space fool you, though, since the high ceilings and contemporary finishes of the units make this living experience feel just as luxurious as others.

'A'ali'i is located across from the Ward Entertainment Center, which hosts a popular Consolidated Theatres Ward location perfect for catching the latest box office entries. This center is also home to various restaurants and chains, including Buca di Beppo and Dave & Buster's. A bit further down on Auahi Street is the Ward Centre Shopping Mall, which features various restaurants and shops, such as Kamitoku Ramen, Genki Sushi, Logos Bookstore, Taqueria El Gallo Rosa, and Diamond Head Chocolate Company. For children, there's also Kids City Adventure, which occupies what used to be Bed Bath & Beyond. More shopping can be found across Auahi Street at the Ward Village Shopping Mall, which hosts stores such as Nordstrom Rack, T.J. Maxx, La Muse, and Salvage Public.

 

For grocery and dining needs, 'A'ali'i residents have rapid access to the largest Whole Foods Market located just a 1-2-minute walk away directly underneath 'A'ali'i's sibling building Ae'o- This means that residents have high-speed access to a store whenever necessary. This multi-story Whole Foods Market even features restaurants, no-contact food delivery, and curbside pickup for grocery orders.

 

Some of the neighborhood's most popular amenities are also within a short walking or driving distance of 'A'ali'i, with Ala Moana Beach Park being only a 7-minute walk or a 2-minute drive from the building. The Ala Moana Center is also close by, sitting only a 12-minute walk or a 4-minute drive from 'A'ali'i.
