Standing 38 stories tall and bringing 311 1-3BR units to the Kaka'ako area, Anaha was the second residential building added to the Ward Village neighborhood. This condominium was completed in October 2017, with architecture by Solomon Cordwell Buenz and Benjamin Woo Architects and interior design by Woods Bagot Interior. The gorgeous and unique construction of the Anaha Tower is meant to mimic the light reflecting off the waves of the Pacific Ocean, and likewise aids in making this tower stand out against its neighbors.

The Neighborhood
Anaha is located directly across from the Ward Entertainment Center, which hosts a popular Consolidated Theatres Ward location perfect for catching the latest box office entries. This center is also home to a variety of restaurants and chains, including Buca di Beppo and Dave & Buster's. Also across the street is the largest Whole Foods Market in the state of Hawai'i, which means residents of Anaha will have no problem buying daily groceries as everything they need will be a short walk away.
On the other side of Auahi street is the Ward Centre Shopping Mall, which features various restaurants and shops, such as Kamitoku Ramen, Genki Sushi, Logos Bookstore, Taqueria El Gallo Rosa, and Diamond Head Chocolate Company. For children, there's also Kids City Adventure, which occupies what used to be Bed Bath & Beyond. More shopping can be found behind Anaha at the Ward Village Shopping Mall, which hosts stores such as Nordstrom Rack, T.J. Maxx, La Muse, and Salvage Public.
Some of the neighborhood's most popular amenities are also within a short walking or driving distance of Anaha, with Ala Moana Beach Park being only a 3-minute walk or a 1-minute drive from the building. The Ala Moana Center is also close by, sitting only a 10-minute walk or a 4-minute drive from Anaha.
