The ninth building to be added to the Ward Village master-planned neighborhood will be Ulana Ward Village, a 42-story condominium with primarily reserved housing units. The development site for Ulana is located West of the intersection of Auahi Street and Ward Avenue in the West Village section of Ward Village, which expands the reach of Ward Village even further. With architectural design by Architects Hawai'i Limited, interior design by InForm Design, Inc., and landscape design by PBR Hawai'i, Ulana is bound to be a dazzling addition to the Ward Village community.
A next-door proposed amenity to Ulana Ward Village is Ka La'i O Kukuluae'o Park, which will be situated near the intersection of Kamani Street and Auahi Street. This park will bring additional green space to the neighborhood and replace the current Ewa Plaza.

Ulana Ward Village is expected to be constructed a bit West of the intersection of Ward Avenue and Auahi Street. As a result, Ulana will be a bit separated from the rest of Ward Village (and specifically located in the "West Village" section of Ward Village), but it will still be within walking distance of its sibling buildings and neighborhood amenities.
Just down Auahi Street from Ulana will be Victoria Ward Park, which connects the upcoming The Park at Ward Village and the recently-opened Ko'ula condominium. A bit further down Auahi Street is the Ward Entertainment Center, which hosts a popular Consolidated Theatres Ward location perfect for catching the latest box office entries. This center is also home to various restaurants and chains, including Buca di Beppo and Dave & Buster's. The Ward Centre Shopping Mall is also in this area, which features various restaurants and shops, such as Kamitoku Ramen, Genki Sushi, Logos Bookstore, Taqueria El Gallo Rosa, and Diamond Head Chocolate Company.
For children, there's also Kids City Adventure, which occupies what used to be Bed Bath & Beyond. More shopping can be found across Auahi Street at the Ward Village Shopping Mall, which hosts stores such as Nordstrom Rack, T.J. Maxx, La Muse, and Salvage Public.
For grocery and dining needs, Ulana Ward Village residents will be a 10-minute walk (or a 3-minute drive) from the largest Whole Foods Market in the state. This multi-level store is located directly underneath Ulana's sibling building Ae'o- This means that residents will have high-speed access to a grocery store whenever necessary. This Whole Foods Market even features restaurants, no-contact food delivery, and curbside pickup for grocery orders.
Not to mention, equally as close to Ulana will be the Down to Earth Organic & Natural grocery store located beneath the Keauhou Place condominium. Likewise, a large Long's Drugs is situated beneath Ulana's sibling building Ke Kilohana, which also offers drugstore and everyday necessities.
Some of the neighborhood's most popular amenities are also within a short walking or driving distance of Ulana Ward Village, with Ala Moana Beach Park being only an 8-minute walk or a 2-minute drive from Ulana's project site. The Ala Moana Center is also close by, sitting only a 5-minute drive from Ulana's site. However, for local shopping, Ulana will have the added benefit of being located closest to the Kaka'ako Farmers' Market of any of the Ward Village developments (besides the upcoming Kalae), with the weekly local marketplace being held just across Ala Moana Boulevard.
Not only are there incredible neighborhood amenities around Ulana Ward Village, but the building itself offers a variety of amazing on-site perks and amenities, which include:
