The living rooms and bedrooms within the residences feature high 8'8" ceilings, though the penthouse suites will feature 10' living room and bedroom ceilings and 9' kitchen and bathroom ceilings. The unit sizes range from 401 square feet to 1,329 square feet, with varying views of the surrounding cityscape, the Pacific Ocean, and the mountains in the distance.
In terms of residence features and finishes, residents can expect 1 stall for studios and 1-bedroom units, 1 or 2 stalls for 2-bedroom units (depending on the unit location), and 2 stalls for 3-bedroom units.
