The latest approved addition to the Ward Village master-planned community and the 10th condominium planned for development in the neighborhood is Kalae, a luxury residential tower located on the front row of buildings in Kaka'ako. Kalae will be located across the street from its upcoming sibling condominium The Park at Ward Village as well as Victoria Ward Park. This center is also home to various restaurants and chains, including Buca di Beppo and Dave & Buster's. Some of the neighborhood's most popular amenities will also be within a short walking or driving distance of Kalae, with Kewalo Harbor and Ala Moana Beach Park being just across Ala Moana Boulevard.
