The Park at Ward Village is expected to fulfill the "town square" role of Ward Village, which makes this 8th addition to the Ward Village lineup a special one. The Park at Ward Village was designed thoughtfully during the pandemic to accommodate a growing work-from-home population, as well as to increase the level of comfort within your own home. Not only are the residences thoughtfully crafted, but The Park at Ward Village is also expected to feature an amenity deck that is twice the size of other amenity decks in the neighborhood, with activities for the entire family to indulge in. With architecture by Francesco Mozzati, a studio leader at Solomon Cordwell Buenz, and interior design by Yabu Pushelberg, this building's stunning exterior, built quality, and interiors will lend to an undeniably unique, contemporary, and gorgeous living experience.
As of late October 2022, the ground for The Park at Ward Village has been broken and construction is expected to begin soon. According to the Howard Hughes Corporation, The Park is the fastest-selling condominium in Ward Village to date, and it is expected to be completed within the next few years.

The Park at Ward Village will be located adjacent to Victoria Ward Park, which connects the Park to the recently-opened Ko'ula condominium. Just down Auahi Street is the Ward Entertainment Center, which hosts a popular Consolidated Theatres Ward location perfect for catching the latest box office entries. This center is also home to various restaurants and chains, including Buca di Beppo and Dave & Buster's. A bit further down on Auahi Street is the Ward Centre Shopping Mall, which features various restaurants and shops, such as Kamitoku Ramen, Genki Sushi, Logos Bookstore, Taqueria El Gallo Rosa, and Diamond Head Chocolate Company. For children, there's also Kids City Adventure, which occupies what used to be Bed Bath & Beyond. More shopping can be found across Auahi Street at the Ward Village Shopping Mall, which hosts stores such as Nordstrom Rack, T.J. Maxx, La Muse, and Salvage Public.
For grocery and dining needs, The Park at Ward Village residents will be just down the street from the largest Whole Foods Market in the state. This multi-level store is located just a 7-minute walk away directly underneath The Park's sibling building Ae'o- This means that residents will have high-speed access to a store whenever necessary. This Whole Foods Market even features restaurants, no-contact food delivery, and curbside pickup for grocery orders.
Some of the neighborhood's most popular amenities are also within a short walking or driving distance of The Park at Ward Village, with Ala Moana Beach Park being only a 9-minute walk or a 3-minute drive from The Park's project site. The Ala Moana Center is also close by, sitting only a 6-minute drive from The Park's site.

The Park will feature two types of residences, tower and podium units, with the podium units occupying floors 3 to 7 and the tower units occupying floors 9 to 41.
