Completed in 2007 by developers KC Rainbow and the Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company, Moana Pacific is a two-tower condominium complex with unique ovular tower shapes. This complex's incredible location in the middle of Honolulu gives residents extremely convenient access to a wide variety of Honolulu's amenities on foot, including the Ala Moana Center, Walmart, Sam's Club, nearby schools, the Blaisdell Arena, Ward Village, and much more. However, for those who wish to stay close to home, Moana Pacific also offers incredible on-site perks that make your home feel like a vacation.

Moana Pacific is located in an excellent spot in Kaka'ako, just down Kapiolani Boulevard from the Blaisdell Arena, the Neal S. Blaisdell Center, and the Ala Moana Center in the opposite direction. This particular area is surrounded by a variety of incredible neighborhood amenities, such as different restaurants, cafés, large stores, smaller boutiques, healthcare centers, parks, and schools.

In terms of grocery shopping and acquiring daily necessities, there is a Walmart and a Sam's Club East down Makaloa Street, which is just a 4-minute drive away. Likewise, the largest Whole Foods Market in the state of Hawai'i is located a few blocks Southwest in Ward Village underneath the Ae'o condominium, which is only a 3-minute drive or a 9-minute walk from Moana Pacific.
For families with high school students, President William McKinley High School is directly across the street, and King Street Preschool for Kama'aina Kids is also a short distance from your residence (right down Pensacola Street).
As previously mentioned, the Ala Moana Center is located a less than 4-minute drive or 12-minute walk slightly Southeast, which gives Moana Pacific residents instant access to the plethora of shops, restaurants, and more located within the largest open-air shopping center in the world.
In addition to the incredible neighborhood amenities offered around Moana Pacific, the condominiums themselves offer great on-site amenities. These amenities include:
Moana Pacific's ground level also hosts the Honolulu Design Center and INspiration Interiors furniture stores, as well as Amuse Wine Bar and its parent Stage Restaurant.
Moana Pacific hosts 688 units across its two towers, with options of 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, and 3 bedrooms. The buildings' unique ovular shape means that residents have 360-degree views of the surrounding cityscape, the Ko'olau Mountains, and the Pacific Ocean (depending on the direction the unit is facing).
The original finishings included ceramic-tiled kitchen and bathroom floors, granite countertops, and carpeting in all of the other spaces. Likewise, kitchens included Sub-Zero fridges with wood paneling to blend into the kitchen cabinetry, Bosch dishwashers, GE professional-series ovens, and ranges with stainless steel hoods. The large windows are double-glazed, making the units quieter and more energy-efficient, as well. Central air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer hookups, sprinklers, and small lanais (in the 2- and 3-bedroom units only) are also featured.
Given that these units are fairly old, many of them have been upgraded by owners.
